Q: Can I use heat styling tools on my extensions?
A: Yes, if they’re 100% human hair. Keep heat below 350°F and always use a protectant spray. Synthetic hair should only be heat-styled if labeled heat-friendly.
Q: How often should I wash my extensions?
A: Every 1–2 weeks, depending on buildup and activity. Avoid over-washing to prevent dryness.

We offer:
🔹 Micro Bead / Nano Bead Extensions – No glue or heat; beads secure extensions to your natural hair.
🔹 Sew-In Weave on Beads – Beads act as anchors for a weft to be sewn in.
🔹 Crochet Braids – Hair is crocheted into cornrows for a protective style.
Q: How long do extensions last?
Micro/Nano Beads: 2–4 months (maintenance every 4–6 weeks)

Q: Do you provide hair for the installation?
A: We recommend premium hair from our Amazon affiliate shop on our website. You can also bring your own hair to your appointment.

Q: How do I book?
A: Book online by choosing your service, date, and time, then pay your deposit to confirm. You will get an email confirmation of the booking, along with the address and link to pay the balance. You can use the link to pay the balance or pay in person via cash, credit or e-transfer.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes - non-refundable $20. The deposit goes toward your final service cost.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit.
