This service is making and installation of clip-in hair extension. Price is for a maximum of 4 rows for clips ins. Can pay extra for additional rows.

*Clients must drop off the hair extension and clips and pick it up on another day agreed to.

Payment & Booking Policy Summary

• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at checkout to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance is due before or at your appointment via a secure payment link.
• Accepted payment methods for the balance include credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Afterpay (for eligible customers).
• Cash or E-transfer payments is accepted in person.

Rescheduling:
• One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original date or the deposit is forfeited.
• Reschedule requests must be made via text to 289-830-9270.

Cancellations:
• No cancellations. Deposits are forfeited.

No-Shows:
• No-shows result in loss of deposit and ban from future bookings.

Late Policy:
• 15-minute grace period.
• After 15 minutes: $10 late fee.
• After 30 minutes: appointment cancelled and deposit forfeited.
• If the stylist is late, the same amounts will be discounted from your remaining balance.
