First Maintenance (4–6 Weeks After Installation) Check for slippage or bead movement. Reposition any beads that have grown out. Detangle and trim if necessary to maintain the shape.
Second Maintenance (8–10 Weeks) Repeat bead adjustment and tightening as needed. Address any tangling or matting near the roots. Deep condition the hair to maintain its health and shine.
Final Maintenance Before Removal (12–14 Weeks) Ensure the beads are still securely in place. Trim ends and remove any damaged beads. Discuss removal and reinstallation options at the 4-month mark.
Disclaimers:
Clients should return every 4–6 weeks for maintenance. Waiting longer may lead to tangling, matting, or bead slippage, which can damage natural hair. At the 4-month mark, extensions should be removed to prevent strain on the hair.

Payment & Booking Policy Summary
• A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at checkout to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance is due before or at your appointment via a secure payment link.
• Accepted payment methods for the balance include credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Afterpay (for eligible customers).
• Cash or E-transfer payments is accepted in person.
Rescheduling:
• One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• The new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original date or the deposit is forfeited.
• Reschedule requests must be made via text to 289-830-9270.
Cancellations:
• No cancellations. Deposits are forfeited.
No-Shows:
• No-shows result in loss of deposit and ban from future bookings.
Late Policy:
• 15-minute grace period.
• After 15 minutes: $10 late fee.
• After 30 minutes: appointment cancelled and deposit forfeited.
• If the stylist is late, the same amounts will be discounted from your remaining balance.
