When you choose to participate in one of these offers—such as signing up for our email or SMS list to receive a discount code—you may provide us with personal information, such as your name, email address, or phone number. In return, we may provide you with benefits like a percentage-off discount, exclusive offers, early access to products, or free gifts.

You can opt out of receiving these incentives at any time by:

If you opt out, you may still make purchases from Hair Extensions Elite, but you will no longer receive the promotional benefits tied to the incentive program.

The value of your personal information is reasonably related to the value of the discount, promotional benefit, or exclusive access we provide in connection with the program. We calculate this value based on factors such as the expenses related to collecting and using your personal information, and the revenue generated through relevant marketing activities.

Non-Discrimination

We will never discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. However, if you request deletion of your personal information, we may not be able to continue providing you with certain perks or incentives.
